What are your sales
policies?
There are no refunds on any tickets purchased. All sales are final.
Playoff ticket refunds will be issued for any un-played games in the
postseason. These refunds will be issued in the form of a check
refund exclusive of shipping and service charges. In the case of a
cancelled event, a store credit will be issued for the face value of
the ticket and the brokerage charge, exclusive of shipping and
service charges. If a event is rescheduled, the tickets purchased
will be useable for the new event date, and non-refundable.
A1Seats.com, Inc. is an independent, privately owned company engaged
in the business of buying and selling preferred tickets at a premium
for all local and national sporting events, concerts, and theatre.
We are not affiliated in any way with Ticketmaster, Selectix, or any
theatre, box office or venue. All prices quoted by A1Seats.com, Inc.
reflect our cost of obtaining preferred seating. Prices are based on
many facts including, but not limited to, event, supply, demand and
seating location.
Any discrepancy on delivered tickets MUST be reported within 24
hours of receipt.
Can I pick up my
tickets?
Absolutely. Most of the time tickets that are ordered through our
web site can be delivered to your location in a day, or picked up in
our Rossford, Ohio office. Please call us to arrange what ever
delivery method you would like.
Are my seats
guaranteed?
Absolutely. Once you place an order with A1Seats.com, Inc. and your
order is confirmed with a phone call, email or fax, you are
protected with 125% refund guarantee. If for any reason your seats
are not available by an agreed time, your form of purchase will be
refund 125% of your original cost. Of course, we do reserve the
right to upgrade your seat to a better location at any time. Since
we began operation in 1989, we have never had to issue a refund.
How do I know if my
tickets are "good" and not stolen?
We would not have stayed in business since 1989 by selling any kind
of fraudulent tickets. We want you our clients to come back to us
again and again. We only purchase tickets from reputable sources and
if we are in doubt about the authenticity of ANY ticket, we do not
purchase them.
